Our strategy is to acquire and build sector specific platform companies and divisions. Synergistic bolt-on acquisitions are added to further develop the companies in which we have invested. Investments
Atlantis Resources is a natural resources business focused on commodity production, processing and trading. Atlantis invests across the spectrum of precious, industrial and energy resource companies. Three major transaction types are envisaged for the Fund to acquire significant minority or majority equity stakes. Additionally Atlantis procures and trades commodities for its own account and behalf of clients and partners.
RCFS is an African financial group focused of providing individuals and institutions with investment management and insurance solutions. RCFS comprises a number of diversified financial services businesses which include actuarial consulting, insurance, and investment management.
Karos is an investor in agriculture; primarily the cultivation and breeding of animals, plants for food, biofuel and other products used to sustain and enhance human life. Karos invests in the entire agribusiness sector. Karos believes in investing in ensuring Africa’s food security.
